"Hello and welcome. As a specialized hospital, the Radiology and Imaging Department focuses research, training, and development on discovering new techniques that optimize early detection of musculoskeletal conditions and diseases, their progression and the response to treatment. The images we create and their interpretation represent years of experience. The imaging procedures performed routinely at HSS are rarely performed at other institutions. Not infrequently we are requested by referring physicians to repeat examinations and/or provide a secondary interpretation for suboptimal imaging studies performed elsewhere."
"All images and imaging are not created equal."
